There is no hotel on the American side of Niagara Falls that tries harder than Seneca Niagara. A AAA Four Diamond property, it offers world-class gaming, exquisite dining, boutique shopping, and luxurious hotel amenities — all within walking distance of the falls. The 26-story tower is the tallest building in Niagara Falls, NY, and rooms on the upper floors deliver some of the most dramatic views available anywhere on the American side — stretching across the gorge to the Canadian skyline.

The resort features an indoor pool, casino gaming tables and slot machines, upscale dining at 10 on-site restaurants, a full-service spa with sauna and hot tub, a fitness center, and a conference center with five meeting rooms. Free parking and free Wi-Fi are included. 24-hour room service, valet parking, and an express check-in and check-out feature round out the amenities.

The casino: Over 80 tables of live-action gaming plus more than 2,700 slot machines — from penny spins to $100 high-limit machines. The casino floor is open 24 hours and connects directly to the hotel lobby. Note that you have to cross the casino floor every time you enter or exit the hotel, and may be asked to produce ID.

The rooms: Spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with flat-screen TVs, coffee makers, and en suite bathrooms. View rooms feature a separate vanity and sitting area and deliver stunning panoramas. Select suites include spa baths. The hotel is tall enough that on a clear day you can see all the way to Canada from upper-floor rooms.

The dining: Options include a buffet, a steakhouse, a quick-service café, and a 24-hour newsstand for beverages and snacks. Restaurant prices lean expensive, as expected for an in-hotel dining experience.

The spa: The Spa at Seneca offers treatments including an Oxygen Facial, CBD-infused massage, and hydrating body wrap, alongside a sauna and fitness facilities. Reviewers describe the spa itself as lovely — though some note that cigarette smoke from the casino below can occasionally drift upward.

The pricing: Rates range from around $100 to $1,278 per night depending on season and room type. Be aware that a $20 resort fee is charged as part of the holding deposit and is non-refundable. Bottled water is not complimentary — bring your own or pick some up at the nearby 7-Eleven.

The honest verdict: Seneca Niagara is the undisputed anchor of the American side, and for casino-goers especially, it’s the obvious choice. The rooms are comfortable, the views are spectacular, and the on-site entertainment means you may never need to leave. The caveats are real though — smoke on the casino floor permeates parts of the building, service can be inconsistent, and the resort fee stings. Go in with realistic expectations and you’ll likely have a great time.

Rates vary by season. Check current pricing on Expedia or Booking.com. A $20 non-refundable resort fee applies.
