Niagara Parks Power Station Dining isn't on the menu tonight — but Table Rock House Restaurant is. Perched right at the brink of Horseshoe Falls with floor-to-ceiling windows, it's the perfect antidote to a blustery Monday — all the drama of the Falls, none of the windchill. The locally sourced menu leans seasonal, and watching the mist swirl outside while you're warm inside with a hot meal? That's the move. Go underground at the Niagara Parks Power Station & Tunnel. This restored 1905 hydroelectric plant is one of the best rainy-or-cold-day attractions on either side of the border — a 180-foot glass elevator takes you down to a tunnel running beneath the riverbank, and the industrial history is genuinely fascinating. Adults $33 CAD. It's indoors, it's warm, and almost nobody at your hotel knows it exists — which makes it even better. Check ahead for hours as spring schedules may vary.
